4 Episode Extension Confirmed for Korean Drama “Eulachacha Waikiki”

Eulachacha Waikiki Korean Drama - Lee Yi Kyung, Kim Jung Hyun, Son Seung Won

It looks like a 4 episode extension has been confirmed for the JTBC comedy drama Eulachacha Waikiki (also known as Laughter in Waikiki) starring Kim Jung Hyun (School 2017), Lee  Yi Kyung  (Go Back Couple), and Son Seung Won (Age of Youth 2). This raises the final episode count to 20, and it will conclude on April 17.

This drama has been receiving a lot of praise among fans for it’s crazy comedy and quirky but heartwarming characters. So it sounds like an extension could work well for this series. I haven’t started it yet, but it’s high on my watch list, and I plan to jump in soon!

Eulachacha Waikiki is a comedy about three men who decide to open a guesthouse to make money and get involved with a single mother and her baby. Kim Jung Hyun will play a cynical man who dreams of being a movie director. Lee Yi Kyung is an actor who is the son of a famous star but finds himself stuck in minor roles while Son Seung Won is a writer having a difficult time. The drama comes from the writer of Modern Farmer and the PD of Man to Man.

Eulachacha Waikiki airs Monday and Tuesday on JTBC.
