Celebrate! It is confirmed that Lee Joon Gi (Criminal Minds) will be starring in the upcoming tvN drama Lawless Lawyer as a gangster turned lawyer. Seo Ye Ji (Save Me) is also confirmed to star alongside him.

Well, Lee Joon Gi was all I needed to say yes to this drama. But there’s lots of other potentially good stuff with the story, writer, and PD. And I love Seo Ye Ji and can’t wait to see this pairing in whatever form it takes. So now I just have to get through the excruciating wait to actually see Lee Joon Gi in action!

Lawless Lawyer is a legal action thriller about a gangster (Lee Joon Gi) turned lawyer who doesn’t mind using his fists or doing whatever is necessary to bring justice as he works to avenge his mother. It comes from the writer of Remember: War of the Son and the PD of The Liar and His Lover and Time Between Dog and Wolf.

Lawless Lawyer is looking to air in the spring on tvN.
