Lawless Attorney Korean Drama - Lee Joon Gi

Oh my goodness! Lee Joon Gi alert! He’s been offered a starring role in the new tvN drama Lawless Lawyer. Lawless Lawyer is a legal action thriller about a gangster turned lawyer who doesn’t mind using his fists or doing whatever is necessary to bring justice as he works to avenge his mother. It comes from the writer of Remember: War of the Son and the PD of The Liar and His Lover and Time Between Dog and Wolf.

You just have to say Lee Joon Gi and I’m in! Of course, this sounds like a perfect fit for him, and I can already see him in action as well as giving us some nice brooding scenes. And it certainly wouldn’t take much to improve upon Lee Joon Gi’s last drama Criminal Minds which completely wasted him and is the only drama of his I have been disappointed in. (I will finish it though! It’s just a tough one to get through…). So here’s hoping he accepts and for an exciting ride this time around!

Lawless Lawyer is looking to air in the spring on tvN.

Well ofcourse you will not be very surprised to hear when I say that you already had me at the word action.
But this does sound cool. A Lawless lawyer can turn out to be a very interesting character indeed. Looking forward to seeing a trailer for this 😊😊

I’ve definitely had my share of legal dramas these days, but action thriller and my fav actor Lee Joon Gi are more than enough to get me excited! Plus a good writer and PD too. So I think we will both be looking forward to a trailer for this one 🙂

I like the guy but the last drama of his I was actually able to finnish was Arang. 🙂 I don’t know how he always seems to pick dramas that sound good on paper but then the execution just… well, kinda sucks, ha. Not because of him though.

Thankfully, I have absolutely loved most of his dramas which is one of many reasons he quickly became my favorite actor. Only one I didn’t like was Criminal Minds. So disappointing! And only one I haven’t seen is Hero. It’s one of those weird experiences where a lot of people dislike his drama choices, but I have always been thrilled with them. Of course, there are tons of fans who loved dramas like Moon Lovers and Scholar, so I’m glad I’m not alone in my love, hehe. I think those who dislike them have tended to be more vocal. And yes, Lee Joon Gi is truly a talented man, and I will greatly look forward to his next project 🙂
