Well, it looks like we won’t be getting to see Park Hae Jin’s (Man to Man) drama Four Men where he was set to play four different roles in a story about a police detective that loses the man she loves but then meets twin brothers who look just like him. Sadly, SBS recently announced they have no plans to continue with the project mentioning scheduling problems. Hmm, that sounds odd…
The drama was also set to star Nana (The Good Wife) as the leading lady, Kwak Shi Yang (Chicago Typewriter) as another police detective, and Kyung Su Jin (Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Ju) as Nana’s friend.
I’m disappointed we won’t get to see Park Hae Jin take on four roles. That definitely gave the drama a unique appeal. We don’t see dramas called off that often, but it also happened earlier this year with Housewife Detective. Again, disappointing, but I guess there are plenty of other dramas to keep us busy!
UPDATE 10/22/17: Four Men is back on schedule and looking to air in 2018.
