Yoo Seung Ho Offered Starring Role in Korean Drama I’m Not a Robot

It looks like Yoo Seung Ho (Ruler: Master of the Mask) is now entertaining an offer to star in the new MBC drama I’m Not a Robot. I’m Not a Robot is about a man that is allergic to humans and falls in love with a robot. The drama comes from the co-writer of Shine or Go Crazy and the PD of W-Two Worlds.

An offer was previously out to Dong Ha (Suspicious Partner), but he turned it down. We do also have a big confirmation though. Chae Soo Bin (Strongest Deliveryman) has been confirmed as our leading lady. She will play a cheerful and athletic woman who wants to open a mechanic shop of her own.

Yoo Seung Ho was also recently offered the starring role in the melodrama I Am Love. I’m not sure if he turned that one down or if he is considering both projects still. I’m completely torn because I would love to see him in both of these roles! It’s hard to choose which one I want more. But mostly I just hope he picks one of them so we can see him soon!

I’m Not a Robot is looking to air in October on MBC.

I was not looking forward to this show initially when I thought the hero would fall for the robot. But now that there is a girl there, my interest has increased.

  I wasn’t sure what to make of it at first because they didn’t say much about the plot. But now that they’ve said the main guy has an allergy to humans which is what causes his love for the robot. I find that more interesting. I also wondered if the main girl would be the robot, but so far that doesn’t look to be the case. I guess she’ll have to cure his illness and win his affections from the robot, lol
