Lee Seo Won (The Liar and His Lover) has now joined the cast of the new MBC drama Hospital Ship which stars Kang Min Hyuk (Entertainer) and Ha Ji Won (The Time I’ve Loved You). He will play a doctor of oriental medicine on board our ship.

Well, the boys are looking quite young in this doctor drama! But I’m definitely loving the cast all around. I wasn’t looking for another medical drama, but I’ve pretty much accepted that this will be on my watch list.

Hospital Ship is about doctors on a medical ship that travels to rural villages on islands. Kang Min Hyuk will play a warmhearted doctor on our medical ship with Ha Ji Won as a surgeon who joins the ship after experiencing difficult family circumstances. The drama comes from the writer of Secret Door and the PD of New Leaf.

Hospital Ship is scheduled to air in August on MBC.
