Save Me Korean Drama - Taecyeon, Lee David

We already have a second teaser trailer for the new OCN cult drama Save Me (also known as Rescue Me) starring Taecyeon (Let’s Fight Ghost) and Seo Ye Ji (Hwarang). It continues with the eerie vibe of the first trailer.

In this one, we see Taecyeon with his three friends on a creepy outing in the forest at night. They eventually come upon a large mysterious gate and then are startled by a woman’s scream from behind them. Hmm, it looks like they are about to find themselves in the middle of some trouble!

Save Me is a psychological thriller based on the webtoon Out of the World about a young man (Taecyeon) who comes to the rescue of a woman (Seo Ye Ji) and finds himself caught up in the mystery of her involvement in a pseudo-religious cult that she is trying to escape from.

Save Me is looking to premiere August 5 on OCN.

Totally agree with the creepy vibe. Love movies and shows like this where it’s all about the atmosphere. Really looking forward to this one 😊😊

This one definitely seems like it will have a creepy atmosphere. Of course, dealing with a cult kind of sets things up for that. I’m really looking forward to it too 🙂

If this can keep that creepy vibe throughout then it could end up beeing something special. Right now it feels like its got a really unique tone and doesn’t feel drama-y, if that makes any sense.

I know what you mean. It does feel quite unique and different which is good since that goes with its unique premise. Like you, I hope it can sustain it and deliver something special 🙂
