Defendant climbed higher in Nielsen drama ratings this week by bringing in another series high of 23.3% for episode 11 on Monday. It then brought in 22.9% for episode 12 on Tuesday.

Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People also had a good week. It saw a slight increase to 11.7% for episode 9 on Monday and then reached a series high of 12.5% for episode 10 on Tuesday.

We saw the premiere of Perfect Wife this week. It started off pretty low bringing in just 3.9% for episode 1 on Monday and then saw an increase to 4.9% for episode 2 on Tuesday.

No big surprises as Defendant just keeps going. Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People is seeing some improvements while Perfect Wife didn’t have the best start. We’ll see how things shape up for it in the weeks to come.

  1. I’m not watching Rebel, but I’m glad MBC’s show is doing well up against a giant. Hopefully they’ll get to *be* the ratings giant sometime this year.

It’s always difficult going up against a ratings giant. But yes, it is still pulling in solid numbers despite that. MBC really does need a turn to get a big hit this year.
