Second Fun and Adorable Trailer Released for Korean Drama Shopping King Louie

I may just like the homeless version of Seo In Guk! The second trailer is out for the new MBC romantic comedy Shopping King Louie starring Seo In Guk (Police Unit 38) and Nam Ji Hyun (What’s With This Family) and it’s pretty fun and adorable. Seo In Guk is hilariously pitiful as he navigates homeless life which leaves Nam Ji Hyun understandably frustrated.

The comedy looks very off the wall which I really like. I’m ready to go on an adventure in Seoul with this pair!

Shopping King Louie is about the last heir to a chaebol (Seo In Guk) who grows up alone in America and likes to shop. He ends up with amnesia and goes to Seoul where he meets a sweet country girl (Nam Ji Hyun). The two work to discover who he is while having to survive the city.

Shopping King Louie is scheduled to premiere September 21 on MBC.

Wow. That was adorable. Seo In Guk has my undying respect for being such a fantabulous actor. I think I might actually watch this one!

  Yes, that trailer was way too cute! I’ve been wanting to see Seo In Guk in a rom-com. I liked his more comical role in Love Rain and have been hoping to see that side of him again. It certainly seems like he’s going to be quite fun in this one 🙂

      He certainly is! But it was his first drama so it’s a supporting role. His role is bigger in the first 4 eps during the 70s portion. But he’s really funny in the modern day portion even though the role is smaller 🙂

The Last Seo In Guk drama I watched was High School King of Savvy and it was one of the worst dramas I’ve ever seen and I explain why in a review I wrote on a different blog, this looks interesting though and I wanna give the actor another chance because I could see from the drama I watched that he’s a fantastic actor

  I haven’t seen High School King of Savvy yet. I know a lot of people really like it though. Seo In Guk was probably best in I Remember You. A really great performance and solid drama. I like him more being funny though, so I’m hoping that’s what we get with this one.

    Ah okay, well I don’t reccomend High School King of Savy and I’m not really sure why people liked it, yes it was funny and it was kind of cute but there was no chemistry between the leads and I couldn’t take watching their bland romance, I’m definitely looking forward to this drama coming out

      Yeah, High School King of Savvy is not very high on my list, but I’ll probably give a look someday. Hopefully, Shopping King Louie is a light and fun though. I’m looking forward to it too 🙂
