On the Way to the Airport Korean Drama - Lee Sang Yoon and Kim Ha Neul

We have our first teaser trailer for the new KBS drama On the Way to the Airport starring Lee Sang Yoon (Twenty Again) and Kim Haneul (A Gentleman’s Dignity). We get to see a few short scenes of our leads including an interesting meeting between the two as he sees her coming down an escalator.

On the Way to the Airport explores the topic of whether men and women can just be friends.  Lee Sang Yoon plays a lecturer at a university married to Jang Hee Jin. Kim Haneul is an airplane stewardess married to Shin Sung Rok.

On the Way to the Airport is scheduled to premiere September 21 on KBS.

Lee Sang Yoon has been ‘involved’ with a married woman before (Twenty Again) and it’s amazing how we never found it “icky” lol I’m really looking forward to this, he’s been my fave since Angel Eyes.

Amazingly, I’ve only seen Lee Sang Yoon in Liar Game, and I did really like him in that. I do have both Twenty Again and Angel Eyes on my realllly long to watch list. I’m still really interested to see what direction they’re going to go in with the drama. Will they keep their feelings really low key while trying to being friends, or will they really go for a full on relationship? I know the spouses will play a large part too, so there’s definitely a lot of options.
