K2 Korean Drama - Ji Chang Wook

Ooh, I would love for this to happen! Ji Chang Wook (Healer) has been offered the lead role in the new tvN drama K2.  K2 tells the story of a bodyguard who is dedicated to his country but is tossed aside by it and is now out for revenge and a woman who is the secret daughter of a presidential candidate.

The drama comes from the writer of Yong Pal and Reset which is a big plus in my book since I loved Yong Pal with its mix of suspense and melodrama.  The PD from Chuno is also on board.

I’ve been hoping to see Ji Chang Wook back in a Korean drama for a good while now.  He’s been busy with a couple Chinese dramas over the past year, so it would be wonderful to see him back in a kdrama.  I sure hope he accepts!

K2 is looking to air in September on tvN.
