Kdrama Kisses

Well, this would be a wonderful reunion!  Kim Seul Gi (Oh My Ghostess) has recently accepted a role in the new SBS weekend drama Second to Last Love.  She will play a webtoon writer who is the main female character’s younger sister.  An offer is also out to Yoon Doo Joon (Let’s Eat 2) for another role, but no details have been released on what type of role.

Second to Last Love is based on a Japanese drama and tells the story of two people going through a second adolescence and romance.  Ji Jin Hee (I Have a Lover) is confirmed for the male lead as a civil servant with Kim Hee Ae (Mrs. Cop) considering the lead female role of a broadcast station’s chief producer.

I’m with the many fans that would love to see Yoon Doo Joon and Kim Seul Gi reunite.  Their chemistry was fantastic in the drama special Splish Splash Love.  But I kind of feel like I would rather them wait to actually be the stars in a drama together.  It’s unclear if they would even have a loveline in this, and it would have to be pretty amazing to satisfy.  Would it be too much to hope that another opportunity will come along for a proper reunion?

Second to Last Love is scheduled to premiere in July on SBS.
