Kdrama Kisses

The first humorous trailer is out for Viki’s original series Dramaworld.  Dramaworld tells the story of 20-year-old Clair Duncan (Liv Hewson) who has an obsession with Korean dramas.  One day she is magically pulled into her favorite kdrama through her smartphone.  With a little help from her guide, Seth Ko (Justin Chon), she sets out on a mission to save the drama by making sure true love is achieved before it ends.

Sean Richard Dulake (Feast of the Gods) will play Joon Park, the leading man of Clair’s favorite drama.  We also get some cameos from popular stars Choi Siwon and Han Ji Min.

Well, this looks like a lot of fun!  I was cautiously excited when this project was announced last year, but was unsure of exactly what we would get.  After seeing the trailer, the quality of the drama looks good, and it has a really fun story.  If you’ve ever dreamed of getting to be part of a kdrama, then this drama is for you!

Dramaworld will have 10 episodes and is scheduled to premiere on April 17 on Viki.
