Yoo In Young (Oh My Venus) has joined the cast of the new MBC drama Goodbye Mr. Black. She is joining our leading couple played by Lee Jin Wook (The Time That I Loved You) and Moon Chae Won (Good Doctor). We also have Kim Kang Woo (Golden Cross), Daniel Henney (Runaway Plan B), and Song Jae Rim (Surplus Princess) in the cast. Yoo In Young will play a character who was in love with Lee Jin Wook’s character, but she ends up marrying his enemy played by Kim Kang Woo. Lee Jin Wook is then able to use her for his revenge plot.
Goodbye Mr. Black just keeps adding to the already excellent cast. This has the makings of an intense melodrama. And based on the writer’s previous works, I would also anticipate some heartfelt and complex characters. I know I can’t wait!
Based on a popular manhwa, this revenge melodrama tells the story of a man who is betrayed by his best friend and sets out for revenge. He assumes a new identity and fake marries a young woman who begins to soften his heart. The drama comes from the writer of I Miss You and Can You Hear My Heart.
Goodbye Mr. Black is scheduled air in March on MBC.
