This kiss happens in episode 18 of Fated to Love You after Kim Mi Young (Jang Na Ra) finally learns the reason Lee Gun (Jang Hyuk) has been pushing her away. She rushes to the press conference, runs up on stage, and proclaims that his illness will not keep her away and that she loves him.
Lee Gun is at a loss for words as Mi Young takes the initiative and kisses him right there in front of everyone, cameras flashing and all. They pause to meet each other’s gaze, Lee Gun seems to fully accept what Mi Young has told him, and he returns her affections with another passionate kiss. And that music in the background, I get teary eyed just hearing it! That kiss sure does pack some emotion with it.
