Lee Dong Wook and Jung Ryeo Won have confirmed that they will star in in the new tvN drama Bubblegum. Bubblegum is about a doctor named Park Ri Hwan (Lee Dong Wook) who puts the needs of others first including his mother and the heroine. Kim Haeng Ah (Jung Ryeo Won) is our leading lady who is a radio DJ dealing with some painful emotions.
I’m excited to see Lee Dong Wook in a new project. I really enjoyed him in the drama Blade Man despite the latter third dragging a bit. And Jung Ryeo Won is always a fun and lively personality. I look forward to this pairing.
Bubblegum airs in October on tvN.
