Seohyun (Personal Life) is in talks for a lead role in the upcoming Korean drama Thief: Sound of the Sword. Thief: Sound of the Sword is an action romance set in 1920 about a man who used to be a slave and was freed when the class system was abolished, but he still has the mindset of a slave. He eventually decides to become a soldier and works to protect those around him.
Seohyun would play an activist for the independence movement. Still considering a starring role as the slave turned soldier is Kim Nam Gil (The Fiery Priest).
Thief: Sound of the Sword has plans to air later in 2022 on Netflix.
