We now have our leading lady for the upcoming Korean drama Welcome (previously known as Man Who Bakes Bread) in the form of Shin Ye Eun (He is Psychometric). She will join INFINITE’s L (Angel’s Last Mission: Love) to star. L will be playing a a cat who can transform into a human with Shin Ye Eun as his owner. This seems like a promising pair!
Welcome is based on a webtoon about a cat (L) that has the ability to change into a human who starts living a double life in order to always stay close to his owner (Shin Ye Eun) who needs to heal from past wounds. The drama comes from the PD of 100 Days My Prince and the writer of Introverted Boss and Marriage, Not Dating.
Welcome is looking to air in the first half of 2020 on KBS.
