Jang Seung Jo (Encounter) has joined the cast of the upcoming Korean drama Chocolate. He joins the already confirmed Ha Ji Won (Hospital Ship) who will play a chef and Yoon Kye Sang (The Good Wife) as a neurosurgeon. Jang Seung Jo will play another neurosurgeon who is a rival of Yoon Kye Sang.
Chocolate follows the romance between a top chef (Ha Ji Won) and a neurosurgeon (Yoon Kye Sang) as they provide food at a hospice and heal from their pasts. It comes from the writer of Uncontrollably Fond.
Chocolate is planning to air in the second half of 2019.
