Seven Day Queen Korean Drama - Yeon Woo Jin and Park Min Young

Yeon Woo Jin (Introverted Boss) and Park Min Young (Remember: War of the Son) have been confirmed to be starring in the new KBS sageuk drama Seven Day Queen. Yeon Woo Jin will play King Jungjong with Park Min Young as our one week queen. An offer is still out to Jin Goo for the third leg of our love triangle as King Yeonsangung.

I’m so excited Park Min Young accepted this drama! I’m more than ready to see her again, and this sounds like an interesting romantic historical. I think she will go nicely with Yeon Woo Jin. And I know he will bring his talent and intensity to the drama. Looking forward to this!

Seven Day Queen is a political romance about the love story between King Jungjong and the daughter of a powerful politician who became queen for just one week before being dethroned because of her father’s attempted political coup. She gets caught in a love triangle with him and his half brother King Yeonsangung.

Seven Day Queen is looking to air this summer on KBS.

There are a lot of historical drama’s heading our way it seems. This one has a very original storyline though. Hopefully it will be as good as this premise promises it to be 😀

I know! We have some going right now and several more quickly on the way. I’m definitely ready for some good historicals though. This has a very intriguing premise plus one of my favorite actresses, so I’m excited 🙂

Oh yeah, did you ever get to see Train to Busan? I just saw it was on Netflix now if you have it.
