Ahn Hyo Seop (Thirty But Seventeen) has now joined Park Bo Young (Strong Woman Do Bong Soon) to star in the new Korean drama Abyss. He will play an administrator at a law firm with Park Bo Young (Strong Woman Do Bong Soon) as a prosecutor. I’m glad we have the duo both confirmed, and this is one of the few legal dramas I am looking forward to.
Abyss tells the story of a beautiful prosecutor (Park Bo Young) and an ugly but wealthy heir (Ahn Hyo Seop) who are transformed into an average looking woman and a handsome man working at a law firm. While trying to figure out what happened, the two find love.
Abyss is planning to air in the first half of 2019 on tvN.

I’m interested to see how he does as a male lead across from Park Bo Young. I mean he does have a lot to live up to. She is a veteran and to be honest, some of the guys she’s worked with have really lived up to my expectations. I have high hopes for this.

I’m curious about it too. I agree, Park Bo Young is such a talented veteran that it does put on some pressure for Ahn Hyo Seop to live up to. He’s still new, but I’ve always found him very enjoyable. So hopefully, they play up to his strengths and we get a good partnership out of it 🙂

Well, it’s not that hard to be taller than her when she is an adorable 5′ 2″ 🙂 I thought the height different between her and Park Hyung Shik was just too cute! Maybe someday she’ll get a shorter guy though, lol

Park Bo Young suits any male lead. Maybe it’s her charm and the fact that she’s an amazing actress. Or both? But with Park Hyung Shik was a whole other level.
That may be the day when they’ll find a guy shorter than her hahaha.

So it was confirmed. HAHAHA. The pressure is real for Ahn Hyo Seop. i will surely watch this for our Park Bo Young. I mean though I am not Hyo Seop’s fan but I am a bias of Bo Young, so I’m always in it.
