The Glory Korean Drama - Lee Do Hyun

Lee Do Hyun (Melancholia) is considering a lead role in the upcoming Korean drama The Glory. The drama comes from hit writer Kim Eun Sook who penned The King: Eternal Monarch, Mr. Sunshine, Goblin: The Lonely and Great God, and Descendants of the Sun. It is already confirmed to star Song Hye Kyo (Encounter).

The Glory is a revenge drama about a woman (Song Hye Kyo) who is bullied so badly in high school that she had to drop out. She went on to become a teacher, and the bully’s child ends up becoming her student. She sets out to get revenge on her bully and those who stood by.

Lee Do Hyun would play a carefree man who becomes part of Song Hye Kyo’s revenge quest. The Glory is hoping to air sometime in 2022.
