Get ready for zombies! The first trailer is out for the new Korean drama Zombie Detective starring Choi Jin Hyuk (Rugal) and Park Joo Hyun (Extracurricular). We get a zombie origin story for Choi Jin Hyuk followed by his difficulties adapting to his new life.
Zombie Detective is a comedy crime drama about a new zombie (Choi Jin Hyuk) who has lost his memories and gets the opportunity to take on the identity of a detective as he struggles to survive.
Zombie Detective is scheduled to premiere August 31 on KBS.

Hm.. I loved Vampire Prosecutor, but after seeing the trailer, I’m concluding that vampires are somehow more aesthetically pleasing than zombies. Vampire Prosecutor was beautiful and edgy, while Zombie Detective looks.. swampy and gross. 😂😂😂 I think this one is likely not for me.

Haha, yeah, I would concur that vampires are typically a whole lot nicer looking than zombies. Vampires are frequently portrayed with a sexy vibe whereas zombies, well, are just kind of gross, lol 😂

Honestly seeing the trailer it so far doesn’t really feel like a comedy😊If the comedy aspects take a back seat for this one, I might be interested (especially as I love zombie flicks😊)

Yeah, this trailer didn’t really give off that vibe. Several of the promo pics look much more comedic though. We’ll just have to see if it leans more crime with a side of comedy or comedy with a side of crime, hehe
