Amanza Korean Drama - Ji Soo

It looks like Ji Soo (My First First Love) has taken another starring role! He will be playing the lead in the new Korean drama Amanza. Amanza is based on a webtoon about a 26 year old man who has terminal cancer and his journey to cope with it.

Well, I’m thrilled to see Ji Soo getting another lead role so soon after My First First Love. Sadly, the subject matter will likely keep me from watching this one. I wish him and the drama all the best though!

Amanza is hoping to air sometime in 2020.

I thought Blackpink’s Kim Ji-soo – my favorite KPop singer. Got excited there for a bit. HAHAHA.

Haha! Yep, there are a few Ji Soo’s floating around kdramas and kpop 🙂

That it does! I’ll be looking forward to hearing more about it. I’m 10 eps into Melting Me Softly and still loving it 🙂 Apparently, a lot of international fans don’t like it either. I’ll be curious to see exactly why once I finish it. I know what you mean, I’ve had my fair share of dramas that I loved and most others hated.

I find a lot of times my favorites are not the super popular ones. Of course, I also have pretty eclectic taste, so I’m sure that helps. I have been waiting for Melting Me Softly to end so I can start it. Just need to wrap up The Great Show first.

Yep, taste is so subjective, so we don’t always like the popular ones and other times like unpopular ones. I tend to do well with a lot of popular ones myself, but there are quite a few I dislike. For instance, I don’t really care for most slice of life/realistic dramas, and that’s a popular genre right now, so I usually don’t go for those while many others do. And I definitely have those dramas that everyone else hated, and I just loved so much. It’s just my tastes though, hehe.

I was waiting for Melting Me Softly for a long time too, so I’m glad that I’m really liking it despite a lot of others not. I hope it goes well for you too 🙂
