Love at First Sight Korean Drama - Kim Young Kwang and Jin Ki Joo

We have a new office romantic comedy coming our way with the upcoming Korean drama Love at First Sight which has confirmed Kim Young Kwang (Room No. 9) and Jin Ki Joo (Come and Hug Me) to star. I think these two have a lot of potential together!

Love at First Sight is about a cold boss at a media company and his hot-tempered secretary. Also set to round out the cast are Kim Jae Kyung (Bad Papa) and Moo Jin Sung (Beautiful You). Definitely not a revolutionary set up for a plot, but we know it mostly comes down to execution.

Love at First Sight in planning to air in May on SBS.

Ohhh I’m a fan of Kim Yong Kwang. He’s so tall. And sexy 😊 Jin Ki Joo is very pretty also but I’m not quite sure about her versatility as an actress just yet. I’ve only seen her in Come and Hug me so this drama will be quite a change for her. Excited for this one 😊

Yes, I think this pairing has some potential 🙂 I’ve enjoyed both actors separately, so hopefully together will be good too. And of course with a generic plot like this, it comes down to their chemistry and the overall execution 🙂

Yes it really boils down to chemistry and execution. No matter how big the budget is or how amazing the plot would be… without these two the drama wouldn’t be as amazing as it should.

He’s pretty good and has a unique charm to him. And this sounds like a classic rom-com for sure 🙂

Yes another office romcom that recently became one of my favorite genres in the Dramaland (Happy If You Died (10/10), and Radiant Office (9/10) are such good examples.) And Kim Young Kwang is one of my talented oppas and I’ve enjoyed Jin Ki Joo’s acting and role in Misty (10/10) and Twenty Again (8/10) (which I am currently watching). So for this kind of typical romantic comedy, it really is all about the chemistry and how well the leads pull the drama. 🙂

Oh yes, this drama sounds like a perfect fit for the office rom-com lover 🙂 We’ve got two good leads in place, so I’m hopeful they will have good chemistry. If we can just get the writing and directing down, this has potential 🙂
