Vagabond Korean Drama - Lee Seung Gi and Suzy

Wow! Where do I even start? The first trailer has been released for the highly anticipated upcoming thriller drama Vagabond starring Lee Seung Gi (Hwayugi) and Suzy (While You Were Sleeping). And it is something else!

It’s jam-packed with all kinds of action with plane crashes, car chases, and shoot outs. Lee Seung Gi and Suzy are also full of intensity. There’s so much going on! I’ve been wanting to see Lee Seung Gi in a drama like this for awhile, and then reuniting him with Suzy is just icing on the cake. May suddenly seems really far away!

Vagabond tells the story of an stunt man (Lee Seung Gi) who ends up in the midst of political intrigue as he tries to expose national corruption during a plane crash investigation with the help of a NIS agent (Suzy). It comes from the PD of Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim and the writers of Monster and Empress Ki.

Vagabond is scheduled to premiere in May on SBS.

I’m really looking forward to this drama this year. LSG as a stuntman reminds me a bit of My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, but this looks so much different than that one. The action and thriller elements sound like Vagabond is going to be so intense and action-packed — judging from the trailer. Ever since Lee Seung Gi returned from the military, he continues to look so manly and handsome. First, in Hwayugi and now here. Cannot wait to see this one.

Now, the question is: how do we wait until May?

  I’m so looking forward to it too! Yeah, I think this looks completely different from My Girlfriend is a Gumiho. This one looks full on action thriller which will be a change for Lee Seung Gi. And I’m excited for that! I know he’ll do great 🙂 But yes, how do we make it until May?!
