Wow, did not know that the series of the Man living in our house is already reaching the conclusion. Sometimes I can’t believe how fast time goes by 😀

Right? It seems like we were just talking about the premiere and now it’s about to wrap up! I’m excited because I’m going to be starting it today 🙂

This year higher ratings seem to be more common. Ever since DOTS had the juggernaught rating other shows have garnered 20% or above which seems outside the morm. Or maybe it is the new norm.

I would still say it’s not the norm as it’s still pretty rare, but I think we have had a few more hit that mark this year than last year. Let see, there was DOTS, Doctors, Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, and now Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim. Legend of the Blue Sea may do it. Reply 1988 came awful close to 20% and that was on cable. Am I missing any others?

I can’t think of anymore for 2016 (considering I get that data from you I defer). If you looked to 2015, how many were above 20%?

The only one I noted from 2015 was Yong Pal. So I would definitely say this year produced many more high rated dramas in Korea.

That was my impression too. Thanks for verifying by checking the 2015 dramas.
