W Two Worlds Korean Drama - Lee Jong Suk

September gave me some truly wonderful dramas!  Each drama I watched was unique, enjoyable, and completely entertaining. I completed two new kdramas and one older one this month for a total of three dramas in September:

I was surprised at just how much I loved Uncontrollably Fond! It turned out to be just my style of melodrama. I enjoyed all of the characters and was genuinely interested in their individual stories and how they related to the bigger picture. I loved both Kim Woo Bin and Suzy and was completely invested in their romance.

The drama is filled with emotion because the characters were so rich and full all the way from the main characters down to the supporting ones. The intricate web of lies that connected everyone made for a tension filled story that left me always wanting me more.

All in all, Uncontrollably Fond was an amazing ride! I enjoyed each and every relationship and was never bored for one second of the drama. Joon Young’s passion for Eul was complicated and didn’t always produce the sweetest results, but I never doubted his love for her, and that dedication was at the center of a remarkable tale of love and redemption. W – Two WorldsW Two Worlds Korean Drama - Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo

W – Two Worlds has a great fantasy story in place with a very capable cast. There are also a lot of twists and turns. Never get to comfortable because you just never know what’s going to happen in this crazy world.

There really are no “rules” in this drama, so buckle up and get ready for one crazy event after another. There aren’t a lot of answers provided as to how everything works, so be prepared for that. It’s also a long road to happiness for our couple.

W – Two Worlds was one fun and wild ride. With an action packed fantasy story, there was never a dull moment. And I really loved Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo both individually and as a couple. They brought these characters to life and made for one wild, romantic journey that I will certainly remember. (W – Two Worlds Review)

White Christmas Korean Drama - Baek Sung Hyun, Kim Young Kwang, Kim Woo Bin, Sung Joon, Lee Som, Hong Jong Hyun, Kwak Jung Wook, Lee Soo HyukWhite Christmas

White Christmas was an intense drama that delivered a lot of suspense as we watched a game of life and death play out when students find themselves facing a killer. The atmosphere was very dry, stark, and lonely with some excellent music to really set the mood for the drama.

This is one of those dramas that will make you think while at the same time keep you on the edge of your seat. I really enjoyed this outing from some well known actors in one of the early works during their careers.

Overall, White Christmas is a very fascinating exploration of the human mind and the lengths we might go to in order to survive. I really enjoyed this dark, desolate little world that we got to delve into. And we are left with some difficult questions to really ponder in the end. Definitely a memorable drama. (White Christmas Review)

September was a wonderful drama month! I absolutely loved Uncontrollably Fond and also really liked both W – Two Worlds and White Christmas. It was a fun month for sure!

For the month of October, I hope to complete Cinderella and the Four Knights, Love O2O (cdrama), and a couple others.

So how was September for you?

Happy drama watching to everyone!

I was surprised I didn’t like a few more of the dramas coming out. I thought I’d want to check out Drinking Solo, Shopping King Louis, and Woman With a Suitcase (because apparently I think I’m superhuman and can watch all the dramas. But on the whole I loved September! This has been a good year for dramas.

I think we all aspire to watch ALL the dramas, lol. I’m excited to check out Shopping King Louie for sure. But September was really great with the ones I completed, and I’m almost done with a few other good ones 🙂
